As you all must have heard, the iPhone 5 is coming soon, whether it was soon or later in 2012. Rumors say that it will have completely different specs and design unlike the previously manufactured iPhone’s. The Philips hair straightener is a must have! It is a ceramic flat iron that emits negative ions to protect hair. What more would you want with a hair styling Maybe a different casing, with a different material? Did you know that the new iPhone might have a Dock connector? If you didn’t, neither did I! Did you know that Samsung manufactures Apple’s processors?
Well, I just found out a couple of months back. Many of the basic features in the old iPhone models will definitely be there; however, it’s those small modifications that make a difference and will reflect on an increase of that price tag.

Steve Jobs had worked so hard on the redesign of the iPhone 5 before he died. i don’t expect any mouth blowing thing from Apple, after the Galaxy S3 saw light, i guess Apple will lose a big share from the market, it’s just a matter of time
Seriously, come on dude. I’m certain u r aware of the fact that SAMSUNG is a copy cat of APPLE …and the CEO of SAMSUNG himself proclaimed that they are the best backward engineers on the planet. All that i would say expect the ‘UNEXPECTED’. And I pray apple has got something blow all of our minds…Pls Apple don’t let ur Fan’s down…:) Cheers.

Apple better have something new up its sleeves because the competition is catching up really fast. But that doesn’t mean that Apple is at a great threat, unless they launch an iPhone 4s². By the way, I expect Apple to lose the numbering on the iPhone like they did for the iPad and call it “The New iPhone”.
PS: A transparent iPhone screen would be awesome. Wouldn’t it?
I think that the iPhone generally proved to be a great phone in all its series. They started the smart phones phenomena especially with its fastness, material, and graphics. The S3 is a good phone but I think the iPhone is better.
I agree on the fact that Apple doesn’t really change its usual formula, but it always has a way to keep us interested. Even when the 4S came out, it wasn’t that different from the 4, but many people were still very interested in it, including myself. However, the iPhone 5 does not give that impression at all. There are many rumors as to what kind of newer features will be included in it; a light projected keyboard? an edge to edge screen display? or an upgraded iOS on board? The Samsung Galaxy S3 is going to be out of its league soon, and other phones too..

I need to remind you that its not only Samsung and Apple out there, i’m sure there will be surprises from other brands this year (LG, HTC, SE and maybe Nokia), i think by the end of 2013 the mobile market will be different, remember that i wrote about it first here:)
Iphone 5 is expected to blow away the competition. Infact the Foxconn CEO himself proclaimed it recently. It will be unlike what we have seen recently..
Dude, Foxconn manufactures the iPhone. Ergo, the more S3s that sell before the iPhone 5 is out, the less money he makes. If Nokia ‘proclaimed’ that they are in the process of making the best phone on the planet! But wait! I can’t tell you any of the specs, or details about the phone because it is top secret information that you can’t handle! Would you take their word for it and not buy an iPhone? Their marketing tricks are tired and used-up yet somehow people still fall for the same crap over and over. They prey on the minds of the gullible and un-educated (I’m talking from a tech point of view).
Ummm….no. The iphone will be good, but will continue to still lose its market to the Galaxy and or DROIDS. And guess what? Samsung will STILL be providing chips to Apple. That is a fact. The Iphone will have Samsung chips that are lesser, if not equal to the Galaxy S3. I doubt Samsung will give Apple faster/efficient chips. And the Iphone “5″ will probably not be quad core…….which doesnt make a different since the competition in the states run duo processors unlike its international quad core versions.
And as for Sandra, you should be more professional and provide your unbiased opinion if you would like to be regarded at a decent blogger/writer…….you just found out that Samsung provides chips to Apple? Welcome to technology.

i guess Samsung will tap heavily into iPhone customer base. Apple really needs to create a disruptive innovation to stay unique

My personal opinion on the matter is iPhone users will be iPhone users, android users will be android users. Yes you see converts all the time, and yes I agree that the S3 is a much more capable and unrestricted device, however you cannot deny that the iPhone has one of the most beautifully polished and easy to use interfaces in the world. My 2 year old niece knows how to use an iPad! It is of really high quality which is more than I can say about the cheap plasticy feel of most Samsung phones (before android fanboys tear me apart I currently own an s3 which was preceeded by an HTC One X, Galaxy Note, Motorola Atrix, Desire HD, Galaxy S)

I just heared romurs that Nexus 4 will be launched in Excites showrooms end of this month, is it true?
If so, would you recomend it over the I-phone 5? i checked the comparison in Youtube, both looks to have same features, the I-phone 5 have LTE while Nexus 4 do not support LTE, but i dont mind that as its not fully working in Q8 yet.
Nevertheless i think the LG Nexus 4 is around 100 KD less than Iphone 5, it sounds intresting for me, what do u think?
